Geocaching is an exciting outdoor adventure for the whole family. A geocache or ‘cache’ is a small waterproof treasure box hidden outdoors – think of it as a treasure hunt for the digital generation. All you need is a handheld GPS or mobile phone with GPS app (go to the Geocaching website to download the app for your phone). Geocachers seek out these locations guided by coordinates put into their GPS device.
